About The Author

Tunde Ekpekurede, MBA is an authority in the field mental toughness and resilience and has served as speaker, facilitator, and executive coach in these fields for over a decade. He has worked in executive level positions in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, and Nigeria. An Alumni of the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College, Dublin where he obtained his MBA (2004), and the Lagos Business School (AMP12 – 2001), he graduated from the University of Benin with honours in Civil Engineering in 1989 and obtained a certificate in Project Management from Harvard University, Boston USA in 2012. A consummate reader and writer, his writings are available on several print and digital media including medium. His interest is to support individuals and organizations in the attainment of their potentials.

He is currently CEO of Learning4living, a Training and Leadership Development company he founded in 2010, while continuing to serve in the management of London Precast Company (UK), ABB Powerlines Limited (Nigeria) and HRPS Limited (Nigeria). Prior to these assignments, he was Operations Director with ABB Powerlines Limited, Lagos, Nigeria, Chief Operating Officer Houses for Africa, Nigeria, and CEO, Titan Precast Limited, Belfast, United Kingdom.

Mr. Tunde is a versatile and innovative business leader with over 30 years of diverse management experiences spanning several industries. His inspirational and transformative leadership style has seen him repeatedly turn around failing businesses and deliver world-class results under tight deadlines.

Mr. Tunde is an unrepentant believer in people’s capacity to become better versions of themselves and facilitates that process through coaching and mentoring. He is also the founder of Tunde Ekpekurede Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the empowerment and advancement of economically disadvantaged persons.

He is happily married to Dr Faith Ekpekurede and they are blessed with 4 children.
