He takes his clients on a journey and shows them how best to tackle life’s problems.
Coaching lasts for 3 months with possibility of follow up if need be. There is not one set rule or process for every client as each case is unique to another. He adopts an individualized approach and ensures that every client gets more value than they paid for.
Tunde started organizing trainings as a result of his urge to help unemployed graduates develop employability skills. Over a decade later, he has improved his skills and techniques. He has attended a number of trainings in the UK and in the USA including the ‘Train the Trainer’ conference.
He has trained a number of executives and a number of companies on personal development training, YELA, mental resilience trainings as well as monitoring and evaluating projects. Some of his clients include Lily Hospital, Warri, Delta State, Kresta Laurel Limited, Ikeja, Lagos State etc.
Skilled at conducting extensive research on numerous subject matters, Tunde’s uncanny skill of paying attention to detail may be attributed to his consistent strive for perfection in all things. His years as a researcher has put him in contact with a lot of executives that ordinarily, their paths may never have crossed.

Tunde Ekpekurede is an expert consultant. He deals with mindfulness, resilience, engineering, executive management as well as project management. He currently consults for the Lagos State Commissioner for Budget and Planning as well as for ABBA Powerlines and London Precast.
